He's the guy who masterminded the 9/11 murder of about 3,000 Americans.
You do remember, don't you, that the Twin Towers in New York City were destroyed?

Six months after the 9/11 event, one of the brilliant government employees approved Atta's visa . . .
and mailed it to the small Florida airport where Atta had been learning how to fly.
I guess the government employee forgot to mail it to the hole in the ground.
Small mistake!
But, don't worry, the government employee won't be fired, he'll just be moved sideways to another location.
One nice thing about having a government job . . . you can never be fired, no matter how stupid you are, even for overlooking such a minor thing as approving a visa for a deceased terrorist. :)
