Will Jesus Really Come Back?

Will Jesus really come back, or is this just some religious nonsense drummed up by the church crowd?

Do you actually believe that someone will invade our planet from outer space and then become the earth's President?

The human mind pretty much rejects such a scenario. In this day and age it is embarrassing to even suggest such a thing. People might laugh at you or ridicule you.

If the concept of Jesus' return was merely some Bible-thumper's doctrine we could throw the entire idea out of our minds. But for those who read and study the Scripture, the return of Jesus is crystal clear.

First, let's go directly to the words of Jesus: "I will come again!"

This seems to be a flat-out promise. Jesus himself said that he would return. That's a hard one to skip over. Jesus was certainly a truth-teller. How can we not believe John 14:2? He says it as plain as can be said, "I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me."

The next place in Scripture where we have this exact promise is in Acts 1:11. Just after Jesus ascended to heaven, the angels spoke to the disciples and said, "Jesus has been taken away from you into heaven. And someday, just as you saw him go, He will return!"

The return of Jesus is certain. He said it and the angels said it.

Then the Apostle Paul said it in 1Cor. 15:51-53: ". . . it will happen in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye."

When Jesus comes back again He will bring with him all the Christians who have died. Those who believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again will rise to meet him, too. We will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with Him forever.

For those who know the Lord, this message of His return brings great comfort and encouragement.

For those who do not know the Lord this message is frightening.

Those who have this hope of Jesus' return live a different life-style from the world and the church crowd. It is a wonderful hope!

For those who don't know the Lord this thought is actually terrifying.

The next great event will be when the sky splits apart and every person on earth sees Jesus! At that time every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord, the literal Son of God.

For one thousand years Jesus will rule the earth while the Devil is locked up in the Bottomless Pit. During that time God will demonstrate to everyone what our planet could have been like. Streams and lakes will be crystal clear. Animals will be tame. A lamb will be able to lie down beside a lion. A child will be able to play with a rattlesnake. It will be one thousand years of joy as He and his people rule the earth.

At the end of the thousand years Satan will be loosed from the Bottomless Pit and, you guessed it, most of the humans on earth will once again follow him. At that point in time God Almighty will destroy both the heaven and the earth.

Then a new heaven and a new earth will be created. And all believers will live with Jesus forever.
I have skipped over some very, very exciting details in order to give an overview on this blog. But it is all in the Bible.

YES! Jesus is coming back. I expect Him to return in this generation.

Watch what takes place in Israel! Keep your eyes open.

End Time Events

News is coming at us as fast as lightning these days!

And there are so many facts to absorb and think about.

On this blog we will attempt to make sense out of these END TIMES.

Your feedback is important as we sift through ideas from all over the world.

The Mount of Olives
A few days ago we were told by President Bush in his State of the Union Address that there would be a "Palestinian" state by the end of 2008. I'm assuming that he meant the U.S. and other nations would place pressure on Israel to give up more "land for peace".

Let's see . . . Gaza was given up as "land for peace". Since then more than two thousand rockets have been launched FROM GAZA into Israel. Hmmmm!

Seems like no one gets it that "land for peace" actually means "land for war".

What a great trade-off, hey?

Oooops! I read somewhere (do you know where? I do!) that judgment would fall on any nation that divides up MY LAND.

The West Bank---__________ (we'll fill in the blank later).

A fountain will burst forth from the Lord's Temple.

The Mt. of Olives will split in two. (minor earthquake?)

By the way, Hebrew scholars, where is Azal?

The four million dollar Menorah was moved next to Aish HaTorah one month ago. I was actually there and watched them construct a bullet-proof bubble around it (see the picture below).

Every sacred vessel for the Third Temple has been replicated. Now the Menorah is as close to the Temple Mount and the Dome of the Rock (the abomination of desolation) as it can get.

Imagine how thrilled I was to look out my classroom window and see the four million dollar Menorah right there!

If you don't know what some of these things mean, then come along with us on a fascinating journey to the END TIME TRUTH.

More details later! Here are some of the pictures from the film shoot:
